I have a telematics device that isn’t on your approved list. Can I use my preferred device instead?

No, at this time you must obtain and install an approved telematics device. To ensure this is a smooth transition we do offer a 60 day grace period to obtain one of our approved devices. Additionally, we plan to add other telematics devices to the approved list in the future.
